Shipping

House of Xenom ships worldwide where permitted by applicable shipping regulations.

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During launches, limited releases, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, House of Xenom cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. House of Xenom is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

If you need assistance regarding a recently placed order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To assist with the review process, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping materials.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.

House of Xenom is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing thereafter.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs duties, or inability to complete delivery, any shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Natural Variations

Many House of Xenom creations utilize natural materials. Variations in color, appearance, and aroma between production batches are considered normal characteristics of artisanal products and do not constitute defects.
